e-Valora.com is a web aimed at companies and private customers, which offers the following services: Company valuation (Value Estimation, Initial Valuation, Complete Valuation, Tailored Valuation and sale of Tailored valuation multiples).

Professional Advice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Search for Investors and elaboration of Sale Documents.

Consultancy services towards the construction of Business Plans, Feasibility Plans, Industry’s research and investment’s monitoring.

In accordance with the Law 34/2002 related to the Services of the Information Society and Electronic Trade (from now on LSSICE), we state the following:

1) The domain www.e-valuation.us , has been registered by e-Valuation Financial Services, S.L.

In compliance with the article 9 of the LSSICE, e-Valuation Financial Services has communicated the Trade Register the name of the domain www.e-valuation.us under which it operates.

3) The information related to the Price and characteristics of e-Valuation´s products or services is available at http://www.e-valuation.us, where you can have access to the different services and subscription options, as well as their corresponding prices.

e-Valuation Financial Services will not distribute in any case, its clients data or information to anyone different from its team without prior written consent of the affected clients.

The Client acknowledges and accepts that his registration data might be used by e-Valuation Financial Services for sporadic advertising communications exclusively from e-Valuation Financial Services and that its data has been included in the list of clients to whom e-Valuation sends its Informative Bulletin. Such Bulletin covers information about different industries, and the latest valuation news. The Client can request his immediate exclusion from such list at any moment, for it the client must send an email to info@e-valuation.us .

Furthermore, the user will have access to your personal information, to make the necessary changes or delete it. In this sense the users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthiness, exactness, validity and authenticity of their personal data provided.

IV. SERVICE DELIVERY

The return of the payment can not take place in any case once the assessment report delivered to the customer.

V. PRICES

The prices indicated in the price list or the offered priced are valid unless printing errors. The products sold by e-Valuation Financial Services are billed in Euros or in local currency and without tax. e-Valuation Financial Services reserves the right to modify its price at any time and in compliance with current laws. For the European Union, prices shall appear in Euros on the Site as well as in the currency of the destination country.

VI. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Except in special conditions requiring a special agreement, e-Valuation's payment conditions are as follows:

a) Order payment by PayPal (American Express, Mastercard, Visa)
b) Order payment by wire transfer.
